Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint about a treatment or a product, you must report this to the owner of FillerHouse as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks after discovering the problem, both orally and in writing (address: Spuiboulevard 263, 3311 GP Dordrecht). : Claudia Jacobs. FillerHouse will then provide an appropriate response within five working days of receiving your complaint.

If your complaint about a treatment is found to be justified, FillerHouse will carry out the treatment again as originally agreed. However, this does not apply if you can demonstrate that repeated treatment has now become pointless; in that case you must inform FillerHouse of this in writing.

If your complaint about a product is found to be well-founded, FillerHouse will partially or fully reimburse you for the purchase price of the product.

The first step is for you to contact us to discuss your complaint. However, if you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you also have the option to submit a complaint via the complaints portal to which we are affiliated.

If you and FillerHouse cannot reach an agreement on the handling of your complaint, you have the right to submit the dispute to a competent judge or a mediator for a binding decision.
